The Education Center offers audio and visual support, including:
  • State-of-the-Art Building: 9,000 square feet with seating for 100, each wired for power and Internet. Wi-Fi also available. (Attendees must supply own ethernet cable to use wired Internet.)
  • Confidence Monitoring: Strategically positioned monitor gives the presenter a view of the presentation being shown on the screen.
  • Digital Signage: Two 46″ monitors available to display event information for attendees.
  • Microphones: Two belt packs with both lapel and countryman microphones available, as well as two wireless hand-held mics.
  • Projector: 3700-lumen short throw projector with up to 1080p resolution at 60 fps.
  • Projection Screen: 150” non-tensioned screen with 120% optimal viewing angle for maximum room coverage.
  • Presenter Remote: Wireless presentation remote with mouse function and laser pointer.
  • Internet Access: Enterprise-level bandwidth to ensure fast Internet speeds and high-quality video streaming.
  • Sound System: Four JBL sound reinforcement speakers provide even coverage throughout the room for both speaking and video playback.
  • Live Streaming: Live video feed. Attend webcasts or conferences as a group via Live Streaming.
  • Video Equipment: Tricaster 850 Extreme Switcher/Recorder/Streamer with four Sony HD cameras, as well as multiple additional inputs for graphics and computer feeds.
  • Video Production Services: Multi-camera production available with computer screen capture; record the event for future use or offer live streaming of event for remote attendees.
Food and beverage
  • Drinking Water: A water cooler is located in the training room. Cups are also provided.
  • Catering: You can provide food and beverage for your attendees (alcohol not permitted). We have a foyer area ideal for serving hors d’oeuvres, continental breakfast, catered lunch and beverages. The facility does not have tables for sit-down dining, but attendees can eat at the work tables in the training room. If you choose to cater your event, an additional pre-determined cleaning fee ($20 minimum) will be included on your bill.
